4. Player Registration Forms (in numeric order)
5. Player in region issued uniforms
We are trying to get the teams ready for play-offs.
Team or player may not be allowed to play if not all of the items above
are met.
ID BADGES ARE REQUIRED
ALL AYSO COACHES, ASSISTANT COACHES AND TEAM MANAGER MUST HAVE A REGION 66 PHOTO ID. IN ORDER TO BE ON THE SIDELINES STARTING SEPTEMBER 13TH 2008.

Please be careful with your cards. There will be a $3.00 fee to replace any lost card.

Attention All Soccer Parents:
Registration for the spring season 2009 begins Thursday November 13, 2008 at the Munoz Park Recreation Center. The "Early Bird" Fee is $35. Starting in December the Fee is $40. Spring season 2009 will start on March 14, 2009. Playsers should be called after February 28, 2009. We are asking all parents to step up and volunteer. AYSO FALL SEASON ’08 OPENING DAY IS SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 2008. PHOTOS WILL BE TAKEN AND THERE WILL BE BOOTHS WITH SOCCER EQUIPMENT, GAMES, SOCCER INFORMATION, AND FOOD AND DRINK VENDORS. GAMES WILL BEGIN ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2008. (THESE DATE ARE SUBJECT TO RESCHEDULING)
